Assistance With Care and Housing for the Aged (ACHA) - South and Inner Western Sydney

The ACHA program provides a range of services including advocacy and assistance in applying for public and community housing. Support with referrals to health, aged care and related services. Liaison with relevant community support services on behalf of clients. Assistance with removal arrangements and settlement may be provided for existing clients only. Following up monitoring and support after secure accommodation has been attained. Accommodation in transitional housing. Domestic assistance for older people, people with a disability and their carers where some housing issue is involved. One off cleaning where other domestic assistance services cannot assist due to the nature of the work required (that is due to extreme messiness or dirtiness).
