Bassendean Home and Community Care provides basic support services to assist frail and younger people with disabilities to continue living at home. Services on offer are: Domestic Assistance, Respite in and out of home, Home and Maintenance Lawns and Gardens (including weeding), Person Care and Transport. In addition have Adult Centre Based Day Care and people with disabilities. Updated February 2008
