Service includes 5 centre based meal outlets - Blaxland-Tues; Blackheath-Wed; Lawson-Wed; Springwood-Tues & Thu; Katoomba-Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri. All offering 3 course meals for approx $6. Meals on Wheels and Frozen food service also available. Service available to Mt Wilson if needed. Deliver hot meals Mon-Fri and weekend frozen meals (delivery on Fri). Frozen Meals Coordinator - can phone orders in on Fri afternoon or Tues morning for delivery of frozen meals only on Wed morning (good alternative for people who are more mobile and aren't house bound). Urgent service available, short notice. All referrals/changes by 10am. Also employs a mental health access worker to encourage people with a mental illness back into the community and to access meals and they also provide personal care in relation to support workers for clients and special needs.

Hi i'm a 34 year old pensioner with a disability I have recently been a victim of family violence. I have 3 children. My 10yo lizard was fed to my dogs as well as all my food in the cupboard, my front door was kicked in so currently has no door knob and can't be locked, my daughter was terrorizes where he stood in her room with a knife and all our clothing and most bedding was cut up. I have spoken to centrelink who cannot help me because the perpetrators address wasn't mine, I have tried welfare agencies who for the past 3 days have been full by the time I get through on the phone and no one seems to be concerned or worried about the after effects. If anyone can please help please let me know.
