Centacare - Flexible Respite Service: Lower North Shore, Northern Beaches
Provides respite care tailored to the individual needs of the family and/or the carer, by offering carers time limited breaks from their caring responsibilities. One to one support in the home or community will be provided to promote inclusion, socialisation and community integration. There is a criteria for priority of access to the program.
