It is written by Bruce Cameron (who has a complete c5/6 spinal injury and uses a wheelchair), and aims to meet the needs of travelers with a disability. EAA is not a directory or alphabetic listing. It is a complete travel guide for anyone with some mobility limitation including: wheelchair users, amputees, seniors who have had heart trouble or arthritis or even a hip, knee or ankle operation. The guide has even been used by families looking for easy access for prams and pushers.
