Support of full time carers by relieving in the home up to four hours by two of our members. Transport to local doctor. Assisting SBCITS with their transport needs. Clients referred by doctors, Nanango community nurse, SES, ambulance, local residents.

Provides transport to social appointments. Client requires a HACC assessment before commence of service. This service is staffed by volunteers under the direction of a co-ordinator.The Co-ordinator will arrange an appointment to visit a potential client before commencing this service.

A friend of mine who is mother who is ill ( not infectious) of infant and young child in need of help in her home.
She is very fatigued.
