HHeLP - Central Coast Health Community Nursing
The HHelp service provides medium to high short term assistance to the frail aged, people with disabilities and their carers, during periods of illness or injury. The care is contracted for 6 weeks, during the 6 weeks the patients needs are monitored and if the services that HHelp are providing needs to continue indefinitely, the client will be referred to another service. The client must require a combination of services primarily Nursing Services. The services that HHelp provides are: Nursing Care, Personal Care, Respite Care, Light Housework (essential only), Meal preparation and essential shopping if there is no other service available.

Hi my name is Trent. I have been unemployed since February 10th, I have applied for jobseeker but my claim was rejected and now is being reassessed by the complex review team.
