i.d.entity.wa services are funded by the the Disability Services Commission, and the HACC Program plus by the Archdiocese of Perth. i.d.entity.wa provides services to people with intellectual disabilities of all ages .We specialise in services for people with high support needs - in particular, people with multiple disabilities, or people with intellectual disabilities who also have challenging behaviour.Respite services include:- Adult Respite House;Children's Respite Houses-One North and one South of the River .Both offer care to up to six children at a time .Family Care Service Respite care in the family home from infants to adults .Provides families with regular breaks from their caring role Weekends Away-Regular weekends away for small groups of adolescents and adults who need 1 to 1 care An opportunity to build friendships, and social skills.Also has supported accomodation for children and adults.

Activ's services are as a HACC provider( also in MSW) ; has Sitter Services(9528 4711), does recreational activities, provides family support, has many respite facilities throughout metro area (Lockett St 9371 1222 ; other respite 99371 1222) and has day care centres in Variety Pelican in Bayswater and Cruise St, Rockingham and provides employment alternatives for their clients. Also provides transport (9387 0549) and library and info services. The HACC services provided are :-centre-based day care, respite care in and out of home ,especially in dedicated respite houses, and social support.

Therapeutic Community and the the Saranna Women's and Children program is the only service in WA that enables women with dependent children to engage in residential program.. In a TC there is focus on social, psychological and behavioural dimensions of substance use, with the use of the community to heal individuals emotionally and support the development of behaviours, attitudes and values of healthy living.

I’m currently in treatment at canarven street and I have been working for over a year now and it’s difficult to get to the chemist on time and to see anyone at canarven street because of my work hours, I have been put on daily pick ups until 30/11/2022 when I do a test. This was changed from weekly to daily because I came in and did a sample and it wasn’t registering a temperature or anything in my sample including methadone which is impossible so my worker assumed that I was trying it on somehow and put me on daily pick ups. It was definitely a faulty test and because I didn’t hang around to do another one, she thought the worst, I understand why but I’m working away soon and I will need a 3-4 day take out but can’t get hold of my worker no matter how many messages I leave she is always busy and never calls me back so what can I do??? I’m working away in Belfast this month
