To be eligible for a voucher for free service is to be a Pension Concession Card Holder, on Sickness Allowance from Centrelink, holder of a Gold or White DVA Card issued for conditions that include hearing loss, dependent of a person in one of the above categories, a member of the Australian Defence force, or undergoing a vocational rehabilitation program with the CRS Australia and are referred by a case manager. Discount if not eligible for voucher to senior cardholders, supporting parents and pension cardholders. IHear Australia is HIC Registered other services testing all ages newborn to elderly, Auditory-processing assessments, Tinnitus Management, Hearing aids. Funded by DSC to give free hearing services to intellectually-disabled people registered with DSC.
