Local Area Coordinator- Eastern Hills
Each local area coordinator (LAC) provides support to between 45 and 70 people with disabilities, which enables the service to remain personalised and responsive. They also build strong community networks by connecting with local community members and groups who are willing to provide support .The local area coordinator operates as a service coordinator rather than a service provider, and, as such, is there to help the person with a disability and their family or carers to plan, select and receive needed services For further information please contact your local LAC. I had a very tough year the last few months I had to watch my mother slowly die from breast cancer, been struggling since mums passing before I turned 50. My family doesn't talk to me after mother passed been a lot of other things on my mind in regards to my immediate family. I feel so lost and lonely don't see anything to live for even though I've got 4 grown kids and 4 grandchildren still I can't feel anything any more for anyone. I need help please
