Telephone advice - Monday, Tuesday, Thurday and Friday 9am-2.30pm; face to face advice by appointment; advocacy for tenants with cases being presented to the Consumer Trader and Tenancy Tribunal. Service also provides education in tenant's rights for community workers, tenants and community groups. Outreach to Coffs Harbour by appointment.
