Acute medical and surgical hospital services offer inpatient and outpatient treatment in pathology and radiology. Medical practitioners are available for clients of their medical practice during office hours. Palliative care provides medical treatment and counselling for people with terminal illnesses and support and counselling for their families. In-home treatment is available. The day program provides social support, recreation, activity-based programs and enhancement of daily living skills for the frail aged and those with disabilities. Activities provide respite for families or carers
