Gold Coast Queensland Ambulance - Patient Transport Covers Gold Coast, Logan, Ipswich. Non-urgent ambulance transport requires Doctor to complete Medically Authorised Ambulance Transport Form. Need DOB, Drs name, exact location, patient's clinical condition, single/return trip, pension number, name and whether patient is stretcher case or self ambulatory. Service operates between 7 am and 2 pm, however later appointments are considered on a case by case basis.
